Crawdaddy's Kitchen has been in business for over ten years and is owned by brothers Tommy & Louis Cascio. Although Shreveport is home, both brothers spent extensive time living, traveling, and most importantly, eating in the Cajun Country of south Louisiana.The spicy (not hot) cajun cusine and the relaxed attitude of "laissez les bons temps rouler" (let the good times roll) planted the idea to bring a taste of south Louisiana up to Shreveport.
Crawdaddy's takes pride in serving authentic south Louisiana dishes in a festive, casual atmosphere along with Zydeco and Cajun music. We offer a non-smoking environment in our indoor dining facility and a rustic covered patio for both smokers and non-smokers.
